With this go-round of getting healthy/losing weight/feeling better/concentrating on me/*insert another healthy title* I am channeling Charlie Sheen and focusing on the success I am having and not focusing on the time when I get off track. Here are my successes from this week.
M- I went to the gym instead of sitting on the couch.
T- I didn't eat any Ms. Fields cookies today. Not even a chocolate chip one!
W- I research and actually ordered the healthy items on the menu.
T- I didn't have any coconut cake!
F- Concentrated on eating more protein, which is definitely not my favorite.
S- Added more veggies to my plate than usual.
S- When for a walk when I really wanted to take a nap!
I'm hoping that I'll be able to continue this in the future! At least I had a successful first week, right?
