Corn Dip Recipe

Unfortunately, a couple in our supper club got sick and was unable to come to our last get-together. I figured it would be a good chance to try a new appetizer recipe (#25). After receiving a few recommendations, I settled on Corn Dip. We made it as directed, but found it to be bland. However, after adding salsa it was wonderful. Here's the recipe.

Mix together 1 can of cream corn, 1 drained can of corn, 8 0z. of cream cheese and 1 cup of salsa (for our updated version). Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until warm. Serve with Fritos Scoops. Enjoy!

  1. I saved the recipe from the nest post. But I think things with a kick so I think I'll add the salsa when I try it too. Good call!
