I found a recipe for Lowfat Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread that looked delicious. It was from one of my favorite cooking blogs, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I whipped it up and things looked promising.
But it tasted... um... healthy. I found myself trying to pick out the chocolate chips, which isn't a good thing. So I did what anyone with extra baked goods would do- sliced up the rest of loaf to take to work.
Don't worry I'm not really that evil of a person. I did include an appropriate warning.
