Summer Pasta Salad

This recipe is super easy and always a crowd pleaser.  Kevin often gets upset that I only make this for company, so I'm trying to incorporate it into our dinner menu more often!

Summer Pasta Salad

1 package cheese tortellini
1 tub of grape tomatoes, halved
1 package broccoli florets, fresh
1/2 red onion, chopped
Poppyseed Dressing

Cook tortellini as directed. When finished put in an ice bath. Don't drain the hot water because the broccoli florets will go in next until they turn bright green (30 seconds). Also add to the ice bath. Then add tortellini and broccoli to large bowl. Add grape tomatoes, red onion and dressing (enough to cover evenly). Enjoy!
