Last Friday was girl's night with some of my coworkers! It was a ton of fun! And despite having my camera, there was no documentation. But don't fret, you'll see more of these girls in the future.
I brought my pumpkin mousse and was asked for the recipe. So I figured I should share it on here since it is easy, yummy and healthy! Oh, if only all recipes were like that!
2 small packages of sugar-free fat-free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups of skim milk
1 can of pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1 container (8 oz) of fat-free cool whip
Mix together the pudding and milk and then fold in the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy! This is great served with ginger snaps!
1 cup= 1 weight watcher point
