Spicy Peanut Pasta Salad

After making this salad last night, I can't wait to eat my lunch today! I was inspired by this recipe (could that picture look any better), but decided it needed some chicken. Here's the recipe!

Spicy Peanut Pasta Salad
1 pound whole wheat spaghetti
2 cups shredded carrots
8 green onions, chopped
2 red/yellow peppers, julienned
4 chicken breasts shredded
15 basil leaves, chopped
3/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 jar of Trader Joe's Spicy Asian Peanut Vinagrette

Cook the spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water and drain. Mix together the cooled noodles, vegetables, chicken, and dressing. Enjoy!
